VO Residence
Balancing aesthetics with functional spaces, the VO Residence is a contemporary styled 4-bedroom bungalow punctuated by large windows which ensure maximum natural ventilation. The entrance features a large canopy cantilevering over two slender round columns which lead to a sturdy pivoting entrance door that emphasizes its stateliness.

From deep within Yaba, a busy commercial neighborhood in Lagos, the Eko Rainbow rises with gusto. Lying strategically along Herbert Macaulay Way, Alagomeji, the five (5) storey block of office spaces meets local planning laws despite it’s obvious spatial constraints.

As the world strives to maintain balance while managing the spread of the disease, borders have been reopened and businesses most affected by travel bans have been revived. The China Visa Application Center chose to reemerge with a newly retrofitted office.
